Returns and Refunds
We really hope you are happy with the item(s) you have purchased. If for any reason you are not satified and would like to return the item(s) for a replacement or refund, you can return any product purachased via our online shop or physical shop within 14 days from the date of delivery or pickup.

- Please make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received the, with all the tags attached and accessories complete. We will not be able to accept your return and make a refund if anything is missing.
- All items returned must be in their original condition; unused, unwashed, in the original condition, with all the tags and labels in the original packaging.
- The original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the delivered item was damaged. We are an artisanal company and as such there are slight differences in colour shades between batches and print patterns cannot always be as shown in the image (as described in the product details).
- If the returned item does not meet these conditions then we will return the package and the refund will not be made.
- If all the conditions are met, we will refund you within 3-7 days of recipt of the package.
